Volunteers Sought for Tandem Bike Skill Development Program
  
  

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - The Parks and Recreation Division's Special Populations Section needs captains for its tandem bicycle program designed for teens and adults who are blind or visually impaired. Volunteer captains sit on the front seat while the individual who is blind or visually impaired sits in the rear seat in the stoker position.
