New Buses with Broward County Transit's New Design Hitting the Road Soon

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Broward County Transit (BCT) rolled out the first of 147 new buses with BCT’s new colorful design at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, January 30, 2020.

The new design features BCT’s signature silver and royal blue colors overlaid with three diagonal stripes in bright orange, yellow and white on the rear sides of the bus. There is also a prominent orange stripe that runs horizontally along the sides of the bus. The colors are representative of the colors in the County’s logo.

The new buses and design reveal ceremony was held at Broward Central Terminal in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and attended by Broward County Mayor Dale V.C. Holness, County Commissioner Michael Udine, Transportation Director Chris Walton, BCT and County staff, and members of the public.

New buses will be hitting the streets starting Monday, February 3, 2020.
