Two Native Plant Sales Coming Up This Month
  
  

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – As part of our ongoing efforts toward preservation and education, our parks regularly promote the use of native plants in home landscaping. This month, Secret Woods Nature Center (2701 W State Rd. 84, Dania Beach 33312; 954-357-8884) hosts its latest Go Native Plant Sale, rescheduled from Saturday, August 31st, to Saturday, September 14th. A week later, on Saturday, September 21st, Fern Forest Nature Center (201 Lyons Rd. South, Coconut Creek 33063; 954-357-5198) holds its annual Fall Into Foliage Native Plant Sale. Both free events are from 9AM to 1PM.
