BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County Library Director Allison Grubbs has announced her selections for the 2026 Director's Book Club series. Readers of all ages are invited to join her in reading and talking about these exciting selections, which include non-fiction and fiction titles by some of today's top authors. 

"I'm excited to share the books I've chosen for the 2026 Director's Book Club, a series of engaging discussions that will explore a diverse range of captivating stories and ideas," said Broward County Library Director Allison Grubbs.

• February: There's Always This Year: On Basketball and Ascension by Hanif Abdurraqib (Nonfiction)
• March:  The God of the Woods by Liz Moore (Fiction) 
• April: BREAK 
• May: Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner (Nonfiction)
• June: Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid (Fiction) 
• July: Culpability by Bruce Holsinger (Fiction) 
• August: BREAK 
• September: The Backyard Bird Chronicles by Amy Tan (Nonfiction)
• October: The Buffalo Hunter Hunter  by Stephen Graham Jones (Fiction) 
• November: A Marriage at Sea by Sophie Elmhirst (Nonfiction)
• December: BREAK
