BROWARD COUNTY, FL -- Water and Wastewater Services (WWS) will open a brand-new customer payment center at Lauderhill Mall, 1491 NW 40th Avenue, Suite 7, Lauderhill, FL 33313. The new facility is scheduled to open Monday, May 10, and will be open Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.
WWS provides service for approximately 20 cities, safe drinking water for 59,000 customers, regional wastewater services for more than 600,000 residents, and stormwater and canal services to support flood management.
The center adds another way for customers to pay their water bill in addition to the two pre-existing centers. “The new location will offer a customer service-friendly approach with a welcoming waiting area, allowing residents to come in to open a new account, ask any questions and/or resolve any account issues,” said Division Director Jonathan Allen. Customers can also pay their bills at any Amscot location, by phone or online.
All customers are required to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing while inside the new center. For directions or more information, please call the WWS Customer Service Center at 954-831-3250. To learn more about WWS, please visit broward.org/waterservices
