Free Library Vet Fest 2020 Serves Veterans and Military Families Online
  
- Gateways to library and community resources presented November 7th -
  
BROWARD COUNTY, FL The upcoming Broward County Library Vet Fest 2020, a multi-faceted event connecting veterans, their families and first responders with free library and community resources, is scheduled online for Saturday, November 7th from 11AM to 1PM.

In collaboration with multiple community organizations, Vet Fest 2020 features musical entertainment by Navy Band Southeast and exposure to resources of every kind available for veterans, including health, art, PTSD care and the Broward County Library’s award-winning Veteran’s Hotspot Program. A representative from Nova Southeastern University will discuss educational resources for veteran families. 

Special guest speakers include Joe Marino, Executive Director of Veterans Florida; Jeff Michael, Veteran Community Executive of Humana; Brittany Curtis of Coral Springs Art Museum; Dr. Robert Raggi, Chief Medical Officer of Broward Health, Imperial Point; Matthew Chenworth, Director of Veterans Affairs for Nova Southeastern University; Sybil Allison, Director of Mission United; and Kelvin Watson, Director of Broward County Library.
