Broward County Transit Extends Customer Service Hours at Terminals
  
  

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Customer service hours are being extended at Broward County Transit’s (BCT) Central Terminal  to give customers additional time to purchase bus passes and receive trip planning assistance.

Starting May 19, 2019, the service window the Central Terminal will open from 8:30AM to 5PM on weekends and holidays.

“The extended hours will allow us to help more passengers and make our services more convenient and accessible. BCT continues to work hard to meet the needs of our riders and improve the overall customer experience,” said Broward County Transit’s Marketing, Customer Relations and Communications Manager, Gwen Belton.
