BROWARD COUNTY, FL - A busload of toys will be delivered to hundreds of needy children living at the Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center, in Pembroke Pines, and Covenant House, in Fort Lauderdale, on Wednesday, December 20th.  These organizations provide transitional housing and other services for homeless families and at-risk youth.

Broward County Transit (BCT) and Brightline/All Aboard Florida have partnered to bring holiday cheer to children living in these facilities through BCT's 2nd Annual Holiday Toy Drive. The donated toys will be loaded onto BCT's holiday wrapped bus and delivered to the children.

"Every child deserves to enjoy the holidays, and Broward County Transit is honored to bring joy to underprivileged children in our community and spread goodwill this holiday season," said Broward County Transportation Director Chris Walton.
