Broward County Transit Quarterly Service Improvements Effective April 23

Broward County, FL - Travel time adjustments and service improvements to address traffic congestion are among the latest changes for Broward County Transit (BCT), effective April 23, 2017. There will be changes to Routes 2, 5, 6, 11, 18, 19, 30, 102, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, and 114. Customers are encouraged to view new schedules before planning their trips since some may depart earlier or later than usual.

Express Route Changes:

Route 106
Miramar Regional Park trips between 7:05AM and 7:55AM will leave five minutes earlier and the last trip will leave at 8:15AM. Buses will leave one minute later from the Culmer Metrorail Station.

Route 107
The last two trips from Pembroke Commons Plaza will leave five minutes earlier at 7:45AM and 8:20AM.

Route 108
The 7:30AM trip from North Perry Airport Park and Ride will leave at 7:25AM. The 8:00AM trip will leave at 7:50AM. Buses will leave one minute earlier from the Culmer Metrorail Station.

Route 109
Brickell Metrorail Station trips between 3:30PM and 5:15PM will leave ten minutes earlier. The 5:30PM trip will leave at 5:25PM. The 6:00PM and 6:30PM trips will leave 15 minutes earlier at 5:45PM and 6:15PM. A new 6:45PM trip has been added.

Route 110
The 7:10AM trip from the BB&T Park and Ride will leave at 7:05AM. The last three trips will leave ten minutes earlier at 7:20AM, 7:40AM, and 8:10AM. The Brickell Metrorail Station trips between 3:05PM and 5:05PM will leave five minutes earlier. The last three trips will leave five minutes later at 5:40PM, 6:10PM, and 6:40PM. A new 5:20PM trip has been added.

Route 114
The first trip from the BB&T Park and Ride will leave at 5:05AM. The 5:40AM trip will leave at 5:35AM. The last two trips will leave ten minutes earlier at 7:30AM and 8:00AM. Buses will leave three minutes later from the Culmer Metrorail Station. A new 4:00PM trip has been added.


Fixed Route Changes:

Route 2
Running times have been adjusted throughout the day. Trip starting times and frequency will remain the same.

Route 5
The 6:15AM westbound trip from Gulfstream Park will leave at 6:10AM to connect with the 7:15AM Route 23 bus from Pembroke Lakes Mall. Morning and evening buses will run every 40 minutes. The last trip from Gulfstream Park will be at 9:32PM. Times have been adjusted all day.

Route 6
The 5:15AM, 5:45AM and 6:15AM trips southbound from the Airport Tri-Rail Station will depart 15 minutes earlier at 5:00AM, 5:30AM and 6:00AM. The 5:20AM, 5:50AM and 6:10AM northbound trips from County Line Road and Dixie Highway will leave earlier at 5:00AM, 5:37AM and 6:10AM. Buses will run every 35 minutes and times have been adjusted throughout the day.

Route 11
Weekday times have been adjusted. Morning peak and midday service frequency will be 35 minutes. Evening service frequency will be every 40 minutes. The last eastbound departure from US 441 and Commercial Boulevard will be 10:30PM.

Route 18
A new weekday 4:40AM trip will be added from the Golden Glades Park and Ride. From the Lauderhill Mall, a new weekday 4:30AM trip going to Golden Glades will be added, and trips between 9:20PM and 11:50PM will leave five minutes earlier. A new weekday 4:31AM trip southbound will be added at Stirling Road. Service will operate every 16 minutes on weekdays between 5:10PM and 6:30PM in both directions.

Route 19
Running times will be adjusted all day. Service will operate from Lauderhill Mall every 16-20 minutes on weekdays starting at 2:00PM and running through the evening rush hours.

Route 30
The West Terminal trips between 3:10PM and 5:50PM will leave ten minutes earlier. The 2:50PM trip will leave at 2:45PM. The 6:15PM trip will leave 15 minutes earlier. A new 6:30PM trip will be added.

Route 102 Breeze
Afternoon peak service has been improved from every 40 minutes to 30 minutes. New afternoon trip times will be adjusted.
