Broward County Transit Quarterly Service Improvements

Broward County, FL - Increased frequency and new stops for 95 Express routes are among the latest service improvements on Broward County Transit (BCT) effective January 15, 2017.

Routes 5, 28, 55, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 114 will experience some changes to address traffic and increase regularity. Customers are encouraged to view schedules before planning their days since some trips may depart earlier than usual.

  • Route 106 - New 6:10 am southbound trip from Miramar Regional Park & Ride will be added. New 8:09 pm northbound trip will be added. Service frequency will improve from 20 to 15 minutes. Most departure times have been adjusted by 5 to 15 minutes.
  • Route 107 - Most departure times will be adjusted by 3 to 15 minutes.
  • Route 108 - New 6:40 am southbound trip from North Perry Park & Ride will be added.  Service frequency will improve from 20 to 15 minutes. Most departure times will be adjusted by 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Route 109 - New 6:50 am southbound trip from CB Smith Park & Ride will be added. Most departure times will be adjusted by 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Route 110 - New earlier service from BB&T Park & Ride. The first southbound AM trip will leave at 5:20 am. Most departure times will be adjusted by 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Route 114 - Most departure times will be adjusted by 5 to 10 minutes.

Routing Changes:

  • Routes 5 and 28 will service Miramar Town Center to provide connections to City of Miramar Community Bus and Miramar Town Center destinations.
  • Route 55 will temporarily layover along NE 34th Street due to ongoing construction along A1A. This location will be used until further notice.
  • Routes 106, 108, 114 - NW 10 Avenue loop at the Civic Center/Health District will be discontinued. AM trips will now end on NW 12 Avenue & NW 14 Street. PM trips will start at the Culmer Metrorail Station and begin Civic Center service at NW 12 Avenue & NW 14 Street.
  • Route 109 - Service will extend south to the Brickell Business District and end at NW 13 Street & Brickell Avenue.
  • Route 110 - AM trips will operate southbound along NW 1 Avenue. PM trips will operate northbound on NW 1 Avenue. Service will be the same as the route 109.
